Service Management Assistant - MIE Elkhart

Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for a Full-Time Service Management Assistant at our Elkhart location, located at 2988 Paul Drive. This position would require a valid, good-standing driver’s license. This position would also be subject to a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and background check for any position within the company. This team member works Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and works 40 hours a week with the opportunity for overtime. Compensation for this role starts at $26.00 per hour with additional bonus incentive. Total annual pay expected $60,000-$70,000

· Good leadership, communication, and supervision skills.

· Clear and concise written and verbal language skills.

· Basic mechanical knowledge.

· Intermediate level computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Service Department Responsibilities:

· Processing of technician timecards and organizing weekly payroll.

· Opening, processing, and monitoring of work orders to ensure successful and efficient service.

· Proactively contacting customers to provide repair status of units.

· Customer visits.

· Debriefing with technicians at the conclusion of each day for the purpose of efficient scheduling and planning.

· Repair estimate preparation, presentation, and processing.

· Processing of warranty claims.

· Answering phones and assisting customers with a positive customer focused attitude.

· Assisting with rental inquiries, quotations, set-up and deliveries.

· Additional duties, as assigned.
