Inside Sales Representative - Kentwood

Triad Service Center is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative in our Grand Rapids location at 4550 40th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49512.This is a full-time position with a well-established company that is continuously growing. This person needs to have great communication skills, as well as be self-motivated to provide superior service.

Triad Service Center is a multi-state provider of parts, warranty, maintenance, and service for most makes and models of floor care equipment, and other commercial equipment. Established in 1977, we have 46 years of experience serving the industry. Triad is associated with Morrison Industries.

The position would be primarily Monday-Friday, Full Time around 40hrs/week. Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and a background check, as well as have a valid clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Create, enhance, and carry out strategies for sales and business growth
• Provide outstanding customer service through sales and technical support
• Develop and engage relationships through face-to-face meetings
• Have good customer relation skills with clear and concise language skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, and manage tasks to completion
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Our sales reps have responsibilities to cultivate and grow new customers while also creating opportunities and building business with existing ones. Most of your customer contact will be over the phone, so verbal communication and listening skills are critical. However, you will periodically travel into your territory to further develop business, making face-to-face selling skills also a must.

Parts or service department experience is very helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone that can show a combination of customer service skills and motivation to be a great salesperson, allowing them to build lasting business with our customers.
