We are currently seeking a Sales/Customer Service Representative to help with growing our business in our South Bend branch territory. We are fortunate to work with a diverse and healthy group of Customers and invite you to join our team. What we are looking for is an aggressive people person who is looking to grow our business and become a part of the team. 

 

Compensation negotiated based on experience for year one.

**Following year one this becomes a full commission compensation program.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Positive, customer focused attitude using a consultative sales approach
  • Prepare and present equipment sales opportunities, manage the quoting process
  • Maintain and develop relationships with a diverse and healthy group of customers.
  • Lead and assist is all areas of after sale support - specifically parts, service, and rental
  • Utilize and maintain our CRM to actively schedule and work your territory efficiently
  • Computer skills - intermediate level required - including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Navigating NEW customer opportunities and converting customers from competitors
  • Assist in all areas of after-the-sale support - specifically Parts, Service, and Rental

This is a full-time position with benefits including a comprehensive health plan with dental, vision, and flex-spending options. We provide automatic enrollment in our 401k program and life insurance.  A starting salary is to be negotiated based on experience and will transition to a draw-against-commission structure 12-months after start-date.  Phone and laptop are provided by the company.
